There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to pay a new nonrefundable retainer fee to rebook your appointment. If you are unable to keep your set appointment please cancel within 48 hours of the appointment time to be able to reschedule. You will only be able to reschedule once with the same retainer fee . After two cancellations , retainer fee is forfeited and you will need to pay a new retainer fee to book your appointment . If you are a no call no show you will forfeit retainer fee and be required to pay for half of service fee to book future appointments. If you no call no show twice you will forfeit retainer fees and will not be allowed to book future services.
